How Revenue Whistle handles your data, in plain language.
Effective July 2, 2026
We collect the details you provide to run your workspace — your name, business information, contacts, and the messages, calls, and appointments you manage in Revenue Whistle. We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the product secure and reliable.
We use your data only to operate Revenue Whistle for you: routing calls and messages, powering AI replies and automations, processing payments, and providing support. We never sell your data.
Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect one, Revenue Whistle requests read-only access to your Google Search Console data (webmasters.readonly) and Google Analytics data (analytics.readonly), management access to your Google Business Profile (business.manage), and your basic profile (email). We use each of these for one purpose only: showing your own business information inside your own Revenue Whistle dashboard — search and traffic metrics on your analytics pages, and your Google reviews in your inbox so you can reply to them from Revenue Whistle. Replies are posted to your Business Profile only when you send or approve them. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these features or as required by law, and humans do not read it except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. Revenue Whistle’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Connectors or Web Analytics → Disconnect, which deletes the stored access and refresh tokens immediately. You can also revoke Revenue Whistle’s access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Cached analytics summaries are removed on disconnect; you may request complete deletion of any remaining data via the Contact page and we will honor it within 30 days.
When you use AI features, relevant content (such as a conversation or your business profile) is sent to our AI providers to generate a response. It is used to serve your request and is not used to train third-party models. Google user data is never sent to AI models.
We share data only with the providers that make Revenue Whistle work — telephony, email, payments, and infrastructure — under strict agreements, and when required by law.
Your workspace is isolated per organization. Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser, access is scoped and logged, and we follow least-privilege practices across our systems.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Closing your account removes your workspace data on a defined schedule.
Revenue Whistle is operated by Absolute Rankers (absoluterankers.io). Questions about privacy? Reach us any time through the Contact page and we will respond promptly.
